  • Knowledgebase Article Heights and Images

Hi Jabin - Is there a way to adjust the height of individual knowledgebase articles?

I can set the height of my main knowledgebase page - https://ipipeproducts.staging.wpengi...knowledgebase/

And I have the global default header style height set at 40 - https://ipipeproducts.staging.wpengi...cy-integrator/, but when I add an image to an article, the height really increases - https://ipipeproducts.staging.wpengi...st-e-delivery/

Also wondering if I can add an image to my category pages - https://ipipeproducts.staging.wpengine.com/kb/docfast/

Better yet, maybe there's a way to add the same image/height for everything within my knowledgebase? (rather than adding the image to each article)

    Thanks!

    >> manual theme does not have feature to adjust individual knowledge-base articles height.

    >> yes there is feature to add image for the category pages. Just go to "Knowledge-base > Categories" to add images.

Note: Sometimes adding search bar and text increase the height of the article header. We will think about adding global header image for the KB.

      Thanks for getting back!

Is there no way then to make the height of a knowledgebase article smaller then? https://ipipeproducts.staging.wpengi...st-e-delivery/

You can see that, for this article, I did not set an image and the header is much smaller. So adding an image to any knowledgebase article is automatically readjusting the height to be much larger - https://ipipeproducts.staging.wpengi...cy-integrator/

I'd love to have the background image, but at the smaller (default) height.

Also, I do not have an option to set images at the knowledgebase category level (please see attached screens). Am I missing something?

      Thank you!

Just wait for our new upcoming mega version 3.0 this will solve all your issue

About adding images you have not activate required plugin "WPCustom Category Image" responsible to add images for the category section.

Wonderful! Thank you, Jabin! I'm also curious if there's any time frame around the 3.0 release?

Last question - is there any way to move the side bar from the right to the left of the page? I think this would look nicer for my knowledgebase. Thanks!

Found this feature missing for the knowledge-base page... feature already added on the version 3.0.
