  • Ability to Provide Feedback on Thumbs Down Articles

It would be really helpful to have a popup window display for users to optionally add a comment when they click the thumbs down icon on an article.

I've had a few customers let me know that when they click the thumbs down on an FAQ, Documentation, or Knowledgebase article, they expected a popup to display where they could input their issues with the article.

Many times, I get a thumbs down on an article with no insight on how to improve the article or what the issue was. Likewise, some of our users find issues with a line in our documentation being outdated and would like to alert us through the thumbs down icon, but have no way of giving us more detail. In these cases, they need to send a follow up email.

    Thanks!

      Hi Jabin,

Not sure if you began any development on this yet, but I saw something similar at the bottom of a Mailchimp article - http://kb.mailchimp.com/lists/signup...-in-a-campaign

Having the "What can we do to improve articles like this?" only display once "no" is selected would be ideal. Otherwise, I think it could take up a lot of real estate on a page. Thanks!
